Refresh, recharge and begin anew

For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, the recent Solstice marked the beginning of Summer – a time to refresh, recharge and begin anew.

As our lives begin opening up again, as we head outside to rediscover and re-engage the world around us once more, it's important to remember to pause, to plug in, and connect back with Pachamama/Mother Earth.

To take in the love and give it back.
