"Mastering" the Year
2018 – A Shaman's Year...
Perhaps you've heard, or already know, that 2018 is considered a “Master Number” year in numerology. According to Numerologist Felicia Bender, “Master” means it is of an intense, high vibrational frequency that works with the magical realms of creation. Master numbers give potential for learning, growth and transformation in your life.
Sounds to me like it is a shaman’s year.
The Master number of 11 (2+0+1+8=11) is the most intuitive number and a clear channel to the subconscious. It is the number of leadership, personal power and spiritual truths. The choices we make during a Universal 11 Year have the potential to springboard great leaps in the collective consciousness of our planet.
Being the visionary, of service for the planet, is the shaman’s calling.
Master numbers bring a higher spiritual purpose and energetically are always pushing you. As Bender notes, in practical terms the year 2018 is a year where the energy supporting and guiding all of us can be intense. Everyone will be getting the internal call to ‘step it up’ this year. Your strengths will be bolstered and on the other side…. your challenges of getting to know yourself better will be heightened.
Think about “Master” as meaning “Teacher,” and that Master numbers prod all of us to “master” our lives in ways that bring our internal journey into alignment with our spiritual purpose. When numerologist add the number 2 (1+1=2) it ups the mission of 2018 to use your creativity, intuition and healing abilities for the benefit of humanity as a whole.
This is a shaman’s year!
It is a year about finding your “tribe,” or those you truly want to be around. It is about upgrading your support system to those who inspire and support you to be the best version of who you are becoming. You will be given opportunities to dig deep into who you really are and develop and own it.
But it is all about your choice, as you are called this year to step into a higher level – what you choose to practice will affect virtually everything (like the butterfly effect) and is immeasurable. This year is about visionary ideas, cleansing outdated beliefs and systems and taking a deep look at how you love and want to be loved.
This IS a shaman’s year……. what do you choose to practice?
If you practice judgement daily, you get to be a very good at being judgmental. If you practice looking at what’s wrong, you get very good at seeing and putting energy into what is wrong in the world
And... If you practice gratitude, you get very good at living a life full of gratitude. If you practice love, you get very good at loving. If you practice joy, you get very good at bringing joy.
It is your choice this year… what do you choose to practice as you are called to ‘step up’ and… know it is easy to walk the shaman’s path of visionary and service.
